Tyagaraja is taking his show abroad.  Last year 2010 Tyagaraja performed and toured in Pune, Bangalore, Rishikesh, and Delhi.  This India Tour will be even bigger.  Plans are set for a major portion of the tour set in Mumbai.  Tyagaraja will bring his east/west folk rock music, classical/contemporary dance, and live performance art to the thriving music and artist scene of metropolitan India.  Tyagaraja and Gunjen Mittal (Classically Trained Indian Dancer) will be teaming up with a group of young music teachers that have a school in Pune to give the shows the full dramatic scope of Tyaga’s US performances.  Tyagaraja’s hope is that they can bring their powerfully uplifting show to the masses in India and abroad with the fusion of art, music, dance, and philosophy.

There is a fund drive website constructed Tyagaraja Tours India Fundraiser Website if you would like to contribute and donate to the tour.  Also, please contact Tyagaraja at
